Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with ABC Plumbing Los Angeles. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages, disables or impairs the site.

Service Engagement

Requesting a quote or submitting a contact form does not constitute a service agreement. A binding service agreement is formed when both parties agree in writing to a specific scope of work and price. All work is performed under a written or verbal agreement confirmed with the customer before commencement.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are provided as flat-rate quotes before work begins.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, cheque and major credit cards.
• Additional work discovered during a job will be quoted separately before proceeding.

Warranties and Guarantees

ABC Plumbing Los Angeles guarantees all labour for 90 days from the date of service. Parts and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, external events, or work performed by other parties after our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, ABC Plumbing Los Angeles's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointment times are estimates. We provide a 2-hour arrival window for scheduled appointments and will notify you if we are running outside that window. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Property Access

You agree to provide our licensed plumbers with safe access to the areas required to perform the agreed work. You represent that you have the authority to authorise work on the property.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
